3. Paid Subscription Refunds

- Refund requests must come from the primary account holder
- Adding or removing users does not extend or reset the guarantee period
10. Promotional Offers and Discounts
If you received SermonAssist Pro at a promotional price or with a discount:
- Refunds will be issued based on the actual amount paid, not the regular price
- Promotional pricing does not extend the refund guarantee period
- One-time promotional offers are not eligible for refund after redemption
